Kids Yoga Class
We offer classes at local schools upon request. Our Stanley White classes start on Wednesday March 15th at 5:10pm end on September 6th. Please contact us if you would like to schedule a kids class at the studio.

Yoga Birthday Parties

A Hopeful Balance is excited to start offering up our space and our instructors to host Birthday Parties!

With a wide variety of accommodation and backgrounds in teaching all levels and ages, we can offer parties from ages 4 and up! This includes any teen event, adult private party or any other type of private event.
-Parties cap at 20 (we can make arrangements to adjust if needed)
-2 Hour space access (can be extended or shortened, and does not include allowing time to set up if you want to decorate)
-50minutes-1hr instructional/activity yoga time with the attendees
-Provisions of mats and props and water
-Space and set up for gifts, free play, snacks, cake/cupcakes and instructor support
-Clean Up

-Craft (making masks or wands)

-decorating the space/set up
-cupcake/food pick up and set up
